This garden room had the added challenge of needing to fit around a beautiful old birch tree. We had to create an L-shaped footprint, with a slightly shortened storage area but maximizing the space for the office with an alcove with a fitted desk. The customer decided they would like to finish the interior themselves, with tongue and grooved pine, which nicely contrasts with the luxury vinyl floor and compliments the OSB ceiling. We also created a Large composite decking area.
