This 25sq metre room sits at the end of a large garden, creating a haven a minute’s walk down the garden but fully removed from the house. During the working day, it is used as an office and the rest of the time as a games room and somewhere for the teenage kids to hang out. This room is enhanced by colour-changing LED strips around the room and in the canopy. This garden room also takes advantage of an air conditioning unit to keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The owners told me everyone was fighting to sleep down there in the recent hot weather as it was so nice and cool.
